My approach to art and the process of making, is largely credited to by my life experiences and meaningful moments of learning and resilience.  Through my work, I deeply explore my emotions and their interconnectedness. The use of materials in my work is the formal translation of a part within my subconscious speaking to the tactility of a luscious drizzle of smalti.

Intuitively, the lines are inspired through the feminine spirit, formalized in gentle curves, movement and contrast of form and color. This process is meditative and cathartic. With the laying down of piece by piece, the images are revealed as an expression of my emotion or memory.

With each work, I discover a sensibility that transforms, heals and reveals a profound truth that makes me complete and leaves me whole.
